Through the Better Living Conditions for All Workers (BELIEVE) Project, funded by the European Union (EU), the Cambodian Human Rights Action Coalition (CHRAC) is honored to receive the transfer of a Ford Ranger vehicle from the Cambodian Labour Confederation (CLC). The vehicle was officially handed over by Mr. Chea Chhoeun, Representative of CLC, and Ms. Heng Chenda, Secretary-General of CLC, to strengthen capacity of CHRAC to promote, defend, and monitor human rights throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia.
On behalf of CHRAC, its Board of Directors, staff, members, and beneficiaries, we extend our deepest gratitude to CLC for its trust and confidence in CHRAC’s work by transferring this valuable vehicle to support our ongoing human rights mission.
We also express our sincere appreciation to the European Union and the people of Europe for their generous financial support to the BELIEVE Project and for making this valuable resource available. This contribution will significantly strengthen civil society’s efforts to advance and protect human rights in Cambodia.
